Welcome to CurioCue. By requesting an invitation, creating an account, or using the service at curiocue.com, you agree to these terms.

1. What CurioCue is

CurioCue hands you a random topic, gives you a limited research window, records your spoken explanation, and returns an AI-generated assessment. It exists to help you practice learning and explaining — nothing more formal than that.

2. Invitations and accounts

• Access is invitation-only. We may accept, decline, or withdraw invitations at our discretion.
• Only an approved (whitelisted) email address can be used to create an account.
• You're responsible for keeping your password private and for activity on your account.
• One account per person; don't share accounts or impersonate others.

3. Fair use

• Usage limits (such as challenges per day) apply and may change; they exist to keep the service healthy for everyone.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts.
• Don't record content that is unlawful, hateful, or unrelated abuse of the recording feature. Recordings exist to capture your explanation of the given topic.

4. Your content

Your recordings, and the transcripts and assessments derived from them, are yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to store them, process them through speech-to-text and AI evaluation, and show them back to you. You can delete individual challenges — or your whole account — as described in the Suggest an idea Privacy Policy.

5. AI assessments

Scores and feedback are generated by AI. They are honest best-effort judgments, not authoritative measurements of your knowledge or ability, and occasionally the AI will be wrong. Treat them as a practice mirror, not a verdict.

6. Availability and changes

CurioCue is a work in progress, provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Features may change, break, or disappear; we may suspend the service for maintenance. We're not liable for losses arising from use or unavailability of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or deactivate accounts that violate these terms or endanger the service. You may stop using CurioCue and request deletion at any time.
